Katerina DeOlivares Won Best Poster Award at MRS Conference

Katerina DeOlivares, a 1st year PhD student in the Gang lab, received an award for best poster at the Spring Materials Research Society (MRS) conference held from April 10-14th, 2023 in San Francisco.

Katerina's Award-Winning Poster

Katerina's poster, titled “Characterizing Microstructure of Inorganic Templated DNA Superlattices” showcased recent work from the group related to functional metallization of self assembled DNA nano structures and tomographic visualization of defects and disorder in 3D. The Materials Research Society (MRS) conference included 1,382 presented posters and eighteen posters were selected for the Best Poster Award.
